The shop never owns the animal record. You keep inventory simple and hand the owner a working identity before they leave.

1. Receive sealed tag packs. The PIN stays hidden until the sale.
2. Sell the tag with the animal or as a standalone identity product.
3. Open pets.ebionix.com on a counter phone or the owner’s device and enter the PIN.
4. The owner finishes the passport — name, photo, handling notes — and takes the tag home.
